In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy. Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Knead until smooth, about 10 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled.

Make the Dough

Preheat your wood-fired pizza oven to about 700°F (370°C). If you don't have a wood-fired oven, preheat your conventional oven to the highest setting.

Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into 2-4 pieces, depending on the size of pizzas desired. On a floured surface, roll out each piece into a circle about 10-12 inches in diameter.

Shape the Pizza

Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over the dough, leaving a border around the edges. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on top, add fresh basil, and any additional toppings of your choice. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Assemble the Pizza

Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated oven. Bake for about 5-8 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned. Repeat with remaining dough and toppings.

Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a minute, slice, and serve hot.

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until just combined.

Make the Patties

Divide the meat mixture into two equal portions and shape them into patties. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent them from puffing up while cooking.

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness. If using cheese, add a slice on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

Toast the burger buns lightly. Place a patty on each bun, top with lettuce, tomato slices, ketchup, and mustard. Close the burger with the top bun.

Clean and devein the shrimp, scrub the mussels, and slice the squid into rings.

Prepare the Seafood

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt. Make a well in the center and crack the eggs into it. Using a fork, gradually mix the flour into the eggs until a dough forms. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth. Wrap in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.

After resting, divide the dough into four pieces. Roll each piece out using a pasta machine or a rolling pin until thin. Cut into your desired pasta shape (fettuccine, tagliatelle, etc.).

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fresh pasta and cook for 2-4 minutes, until al dente. Drain and set aside.
