Fill a large wine glass with 4 ice cubes to chill the glass and start melting slowly.

Pour 60 ml Cardamaro over the ice, allowing it to coat the cubes slightly and begin blending with the chill.

Gently pour 120 ml Prosecco into the glass, preserving as much of the bubbles as possible.
