Directions

1

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease four ramekins with butter and dust with cocoa powder.

2

Melt Chocolate and Butter

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate and unsalted butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.

3

Mix Sugar and Eggs

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, eggs, and egg yolks until well combined and slightly frothy.

4

Combine Mixtures

Slowly pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, stirring continuously. Add the all-purpose flour, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt, mixing until just combined.

5

Fill Ramekins

Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins. Place them on a baking sheet for easy handling.

6

Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes, or until the edges are firm but the center is still soft.

7

Serve

Remove from the oven and let them cool for 1 minute. Carefully invert each ramekin onto a plate. Serve immediately with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
