Prepare Espresso
Brew the espresso coffee and let it cool to room temperature.

Whip Cream
In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add the granulated sugar and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.

Mix Mascarpone
In another bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese and vanilla extract. Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.

Dip Ladyfingers
Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled espresso, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.

Layer Tiramisu
In a rectangular dish, arrange a layer of soaked ladyfingers. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. Repeat with another layer of soaked ladyfingers and the remaining mascarpone mixture.

Chill and Serve
Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder and shave dark chocolate over it.
