Main Ingredients

Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the fish. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 400°F (200°C).

  3. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it skin-side down on the grill. Cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Preparing the Vegetables

  1. 4

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and slice the zucchini and bell peppers into strips. Trim the ends of the asparagus.

  2. 5

    Season the Vegetables

In a large bowl, toss the prepared vegetables with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

  3. 6

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill alongside the salmon. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and have grill marks.

Serving the Dish

  1. 7

    Plate the Meal

Once both the salmon and vegetables are cooked, remove them from the grill. Serve the grilled salmon on a plate, accompanied by the grilled seasonal vegetables.

  2. 8

    Garnish

Optionally, garnish the salmon with fresh herbs like parsley or dill, and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
