Ranch Dipping Sauce

Method

Preparing the Cauliflower

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Cauliflower

Remove the leaves from the cauliflower, and cut it into bite-sized florets.

  3. 3

    Season the Cauliflower

In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until evenly coated.

  4. 4

    Bake the Cauliflower

Spread the seasoned cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.

Making the Buffalo Sauce

  1. 5

    Melt Butter

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.

  2. 6

    Combine Ingredients

Once melted, add the hot sauce, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper to the saucepan. Stir until combined and heated through.

Making the Ranch Dipping Sauce

  1. 7

    Combine Ingredients

In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

  2. 8

    Chill the Sauce

Cover the ranch dressing and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Combining and Serving

  1. 9

    Toss Cauliflower in Sauce

Once the cauliflower is baked, remove it from the oven and place it in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the hot cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.

  2. 10

    Serve

Serve the buffalo cauliflower hot with the chilled ranch dipping sauce on the side.
