Method
Preparing the Cauliflower

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).

Prepare the Cauliflower
Remove the leaves from the cauliflower, and cut it into bite-sized florets.

Season the Cauliflower
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until evenly coated.

Bake the Cauliflower
Spread the seasoned cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
Making the Buffalo Sauce

Melt Butter
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.

Combine Ingredients
Once melted, add the hot sauce, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper to the saucepan. Stir until combined and heated through.
Making the Ranch Dipping Sauce

In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Chill the Sauce
Cover the ranch dressing and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Combining and Serving

Toss Cauliflower in Sauce
Once the cauliflower is baked, remove it from the oven and place it in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the hot cauliflower and toss to coat evenly.

Serve the buffalo cauliflower hot with the chilled ranch dipping sauce on the side.
