Prepare the Fish
In a large bowl, mix the flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Fish
Carefully place the coated fish fillets in the hot oil, cooking in batches if necessary. Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.

Drain the Fish
Remove the fried fish from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Serve
Serve the fried fish hot with your choice of two sides, such as coleslaw, fries, or mashed potatoes.
