Method

Preparing the Grilled Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C) while the salmon marinates.

  3. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Once the grill is hot, place the salmon fillets skin-side down. Grill for about 4-6 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches your desired doneness.

Preparing the Seasonal Vegetables

  1. 4

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the salmon is marinating, prepare the vegetables by slicing the zucchini and bell pepper, and trimming the asparagus.

  2. 5

    Season the Vegetables

In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced zucchini, bell pepper, and asparagus. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

  3. 6

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill alongside the salmon. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and have grill marks.
