For the patties

For assembling the sliders

Method

Preparing the patties

  1. 1

    Mix the ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground ribeye beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix gently until all ingredients are well combined.

  2. 2

    Form the patties

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a patty. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing during cooking.

Cooking the patties

  1. 3

    Preheat the grill or skillet

Preheat your grill or a skillet over medium-high heat. If using a skillet, add a little oil to prevent sticking.

  2. 4

    Cook the patties

Place the patties on the grill or skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip them. Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and the patties are cooked to your desired doneness.

Assembling the sliders

  1. 5

    Prepare the buns

While the patties are cooking, slice the slider buns in half. You can toast them lightly on the grill or in a toaster if desired.

  2. 6

    Assemble the sliders

Place a cooked patty with melted cheese on the bottom half of each slider bun. Top with lettuce, tomato slices, pickles, ketchup, and mustard. Finish with the top half of the slider bun.
