Pork Patty

Slider Assembly

Method

Pork Patty Preparation

  1. 1

    Mix Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

  2. 2

    Form Patties

Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, making them slightly larger than the slider buns as they will shrink while cooking.

  3. 3

    Cook Patties

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the pork patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).

Slider Assembly

  1. 4

    Prepare Coleslaw

In a medium bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and honey. Stir until the mixture is well combined. Set aside.

  2. 5

    Assemble Sliders

To assemble the sliders, place a pork patty on the bottom half of each slider bun. Top with a generous spoonful of coleslaw, a slice or two of pickles, and drizzle with BBQ sauce. Place the top half of the bun over the fillings.

  3. 6

    Serve

Serve immediately with additional BBQ sauce on the side, if desired.
