Method

Preparing the Dough

  1. 1

    Roll Out the Dough

Take the pizza dough and roll it out on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle or circle, about 1/2 inch thick.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) while you prepare the toppings.

Adding Cheese and Toppings

  1. 3

    Spread the Mozzarella

Evenly sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the rolled-out pizza dough, making sure to cover it completely.

  2. 4

    Prepare the Garlic Butter Blend

Melt the butter in a small bowl and stir in the garlic powder and salt.

  3. 5

    Apply the Garlic Butter

Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cheese-covered dough.

  4. 6

    Add Parmesan Cheese

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese generously over the top of the dough.

Baking

  1. 7

    Bake the Cheese Bread

Place the prepared cheese bread on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

  2. 8

    Cool and Slice

Once baked, remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and then slice into desired pieces.

Serving

  1. 9

    Choose Your Dipping Sauce

Serve the cheese bread warm with your choice of ranch dressing, tangy BBQ sauce, or pizza sauce on the side for dipping.
