Prepare the Pickles
Drain the dill pickle slices thoroughly and pat them dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

Make the Batter
In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornmeal, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Combine Dry and Wet Mixtures
Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring until a smooth batter forms.

Heat the Oil
In a deep skillet or fryer, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

Coat the Pickles
Dip each pickle slice into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated.

Fry the Pickles
Carefully place the battered pickles into the hot oil in batches, frying until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Drain Excess Oil
Remove the fried pickle chips from the oil and place them on paper towels to drain any excess oil.

In a medium bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk until smooth.

Stir in dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley until well combined.

Cover the ranch dressing and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
