Burger Patties

Buns and Toppings

Method

Preparing the Burger Patties

  1. 1

    Mix the Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and olive oil. Mix gently until all ingredients are incorporated.

  2. 2

    Form Patties

Divide the turkey mixture into two equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, making a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent them from puffing up during cooking.

Cooking the Patties

  1. 3

    Heat the Grill or Pan

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. If using a skillet, add a small amount of olive oil to prevent sticking.

  2. 4

    Cook the Patties

Place the patties on the grill or skillet. Cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Assembling the Burger

  1. 5

    Prepare the Buns

Lightly toast the Bavarian pretzel buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

  2. 6

    Add Toppings

On the bottom half of each bun, place a lettuce leaf, add the cooked turkey patty, top with a slice of cheddar cheese, and add slices of tomato. Finally, drizzle mustard and ketchup to taste, then cap with the top half of the bun.
