Cooking Directions
- 1
Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, gochujang, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and rice vinegar until well combined. Set aside.
- 2
Marinate the Wings
Place the chicken wings in a large resealable plastic bag or a bowl. Pour the marinade over the wings, ensuring they are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best flavor.
- 3
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
- 4
Bake the Wings
Remove the wings from the marinade (discard remaining marinade) and arrange them in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the wings are crispy and cooked through, flipping halfway through.
- 5
Garnish and Serve
Once cooked, remove the wings from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
