Fries Preparation

Cook the Fries

Preheat your oven or fryer and cook the frozen French fries according to the package instructions until golden and crispy.

Gravy Preparation

Make the Gravy

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until golden. Gradually whisk in the beef broth, and bring to a simmer. Cook until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.

Assembly

Layer the Poutine

In a large serving dish, layer the hot fries, followed by the cheese curds, and pour the hot gravy over the top. Add the crumbled bacon, sliced corn dogs, diced onion, sliced pickles, and shredded mixed cheese.

Finish with Sauces

Drizzle the honey mustard and chipotle ketchup over the loaded fries. Serve immediately.
