Method

Preparation

1

Make the Dill Sauce

In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, dill pickle juice, chopped dill, and garlic powder until well combined. Set aside.

2

Prepare the Patties

Divide the ground beef into two equal portions and shape them into balls. Season with salt and pepper.

Cooking

3

Cook the Patties

Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Place the beef balls on the skillet and smash them down with a spatula to form patties. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side.

4

Flip and Add Cheese

Flip the patties and place a slice of aged white cheddar cheese on each patty. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.

Assembly

5

Assemble the Burger

Spread dill sauce on the bottom half of each burger bun. Place a cheesy patty on each bun. Top with dill pickle slices, crispy pickle chips, and a fried pickle spear. Finish with the top bun.
