White wine & lemon poached, Wild Gulf Shrimp, zesty cocktail sauce.

In a large pot, combine the water, white wine, lemon juice, salt, black peppercorns, and bay leaf. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

Poach the Shrimp

Once the liquid is boiling, reduce the heat to medium-low and add the Wild Gulf shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.

Add Shrimp

Remove the shrimp from the pot and immediately transfer them to an ice bath to stop the cooking process. Let them sit for about 5 minutes, then drain.

Chill the Shrimp

Arrange the chilled shrimp on a platter with a bowl of cocktail sauce in the center. Garnish with lemon wedges.
