Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a saucepan, combine water, butter, and salt. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add flour all at once, stirring vigorously until the mixture forms a ball. Let it cool for a few minutes before adding eggs one at a time, fully incorporating each before adding the next. Pipe or spoon small mounds onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
