Local heirloom tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, Bolton basil, ages balsamico, Cosimano & Ferrari Ascolano EVOO, sea salt.

Wash the heirloom tomatoes and basil leaves under cold water. Pat them dry with a clean towel. Slice the heirloom tomatoes into thick rounds and the fresh mozzarella into similar-sized rounds.

Prepare the Ingredients

On a serving platter, alternate layers of sliced heirloom tomatoes and mozzarella. Tuck fresh basil leaves between the layers, creating a colorful display.

Assemble the Caprese

Drizzle the aged balsamic vinegar and Cosimano & Ferrari Ascolano Extra Virgin Olive Oil over the assembled salad. Sprinkle sea salt over the top to enhance the flavors.

Drizzle and Season
