Prepare the Espresso
Brew a fresh shot of espresso and set aside.

Scoop the Ice Cream
Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream or sorbet into a serving glass or bowl.

Combine
Pour the hot espresso over the scoop of ice cream or sorbet.

Add Optional Liquor
If desired, add a shot of liquor over the espresso and ice cream.

Serve Immediately
Serve immediately with a spoon and enjoy your affogato!
