Burger Patty

Toppings

Method

Burger Patty

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef Patties

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently until just combined.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 3/4 inch thick.

  3. 3

    Grill the Patties

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

Toppings

  1. 4

    Prepare the Toppings

Wash the lettuce and pat dry. Slice the tomato into thick rounds.

  2. 5

    Assemble the Burger

Once the patties are cooked, place each patty on a toasted bun. Top with lettuce, a slice of tomato, and drizzle with house sauce.

Fries

  1. 6

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel the russet potatoes and cut them into matchstick shapes or desired fry shape.

  2. 7

    Fry the Potatoes

In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the cut potatoes in batches and fry until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.

  3. 8

    Season the Fries

Remove the fries from the oil and drain on paper towels. While hot, sprinkle with salt to taste.
