Method
Preparing the Cauliflower
- 1
Preheat oven
Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- 2
Prepare cauliflower
Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.
- 3
Season cauliflower
In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the cauliflower is well coated.
Baking the Cauliflower
- 4
Bake
Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer. Bake for 25-30 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- 5
Toss with buffalo sauce
Once the cauliflower is done baking, remove it from the oven and transfer it to a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the cauliflower and toss until they are evenly coated.
Making the Ranch Dressing
- 6
Combine ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
- 7
Chill
Refrigerate the ranch dressing for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Serving
- 8
Serve
Serve the crispy buffalo cauliflower warm, with the chilled ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
