Torreón Recipe
This is our interpretation of a sangria. It mixes fresh watermelon juice with ginger beer, Havana 3 Year Old rum, lime and Torrontés wine. There’s also a bit of Cocchi Americano, a perfectly balanced aperitivo.

Mix the Base
In a large pitcher, combine the fresh watermelon juice, lime juice, Havana rum, Torrontés wine, and Cocchi Americano. Stir well to combine all ingredients.

Add the Fizz
Slowly add the ginger beer to the mixture in the pitcher. Stir gently to preserve the carbonation.

Serve
Pour the Torreón into glasses filled with ice. Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves and a watermelon wedge before serving.
