Prepare the Branzino
Rinse the branzino under cold water and pat dry. Score the skin on both sides of the fish to allow flavors to penetrate. Season with salt and black pepper.

Sauté the garlic rapini
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the garlic rapini and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Prepare the sauce
In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for about 5 minutes until they start to soften. Stir in the shelled broad beans and vegetable broth. Season with salt and black pepper. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
