Prepare the Shrimp
In a bowl, combine the cornstarch and egg whites. Add the peeled and deveined jumbo shrimp into the mixture, ensuring each shrimp is well-coated.

Prepare the Vegetables and Nuts
Chop the walnuts, dice the pineapple, bell pepper, and sweet onion. Set aside for later.

Prepare the Sauce
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, mayonnaise, sweetened condensed milk, and lemon juice until smooth. Set aside.

Fry the Shrimp
Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or fryer to 350°F (175°C). Fry the coated shrimp in batches for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast the chopped walnuts for 3-5 minutes until fragrant and lightly browned. Stir frequently to avoid burning.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the fried shrimp, toasted walnuts, diced pineapple, bell pepper, and sweet onion. Pour the prepared sauce over the mixture and gently toss to coat everything evenly.
