1. Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure it's hot enough to roast the Brussels sprouts.

2. Prepare the Brussels Sprouts

Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Rinse them under cold water and pat dry.

In a large bowl, add the Brussels sprouts and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss until evenly coated.

Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through.

5. Add Balsamic Vinegar

Remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Toss to coat and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
