Prepare the Bloody Mary Mix

Combine Ingredients
In a large pitcher, combine the tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, celery salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir well until mixed.

Adjust Seasoning
Taste the mixture and add Tabasco sauce to your desired level of spiciness. You can adjust the other seasonings as well if needed.
Prepare the Glass

Rim the Glass
Moisten the rim of a tall glass with a lemon wedge, then dip the rim into togarashi salt to coat it evenly.
Assemble the Drink

Add Vodka
Pour 2 oz of Tito's vodka into the glass over the salted rim.

Add Bloody Mary Mix
Fill the glass with the prepared Bloody Mary mix, leaving some space at the top.

Garnish
Add assorted pickles as garnishes, either skewered on a cocktail pick or placed directly into the drink.
