Prepare Passion Fruit
Cut each passion fruit in half and scoop out the pulp into a mixing bowl.

Juice the Lime
Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice into the bowl with the passion fruit pulp, being careful to remove any seeds.
Mixing the Ingredients

Combine Ingredients
Add the vanilla extract to the bowl containing the passion fruit pulp and lime juice. Mix well to combine all the flavors.
Assembling the Drink

Prepare Glasses
Take your serving glasses and fill each with the fruit mixture, evenly distributing it.

Pour Sparkling Wine
Slowly pour the Lyre's Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Wine over the fruit mixture in each glass, filling them to the top. Stir gently to combine.
