Prepare Passionfruit
Cut the passionfruits in half and scoop out the pulp into a mixing bowl. Set aside.

Juice the Lemon
Squeeze the juice from half a lemon into a small bowl, making sure to remove any seeds.

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Planteray rum, apple brandy, passionfruit pulp, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.

Shake Well
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled glass. Optionally, garnish with a slice of lemon or a piece of passionfruit on the rim.
