Prepare the Pineapple
Cut the pineapple in half lengthwise and scoop out the flesh, leaving a shell for serving. Cut the scooped pineapple into small chunks and set aside.
Mixing the Drink

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Campari, mezcal, sweet vermouth, and chocolate bitters. Fill the shaker with ice.

Secure the lid on the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared pineapple shell, allowing the drink to fill the hollowed out space.
