Preparation

1

Prepare the Fruits

Wash the strawberries thoroughly, remove the stems, and slice them in half. Peel and chop the mango into small pieces, discarding the pit. Remove the skin and core from the pineapple, and chop it into small chunks.

2

Make the Simple Syrup

In a small saucepan, combine the granulated sugar and water. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar has completely dissolved. Once dissolved, remove from heat and let it cool.

Blending

3

Blend the Fruits

In a blender, add the prepared strawberries, mango, and pineapple. Pour in the cooled simple syrup and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Freezing

4

Freeze the Mixture

Pour the blended fruit mixture into a shallow container or ice cream maker. If using a shallow container, cover it and place it in the freezer. Stir the mixture every 30 minutes for about 2-3 hours until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.

Serving

5

Serve the Sorbet

Once the sorbet is ready, scoop it into bowls or cones and serve immediately. Enjoy your refreshing fruit sorbet!
