Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they start to brown, about 5 minutes.

Add Prosciutto and Peas
Stir in chopped prosciutto and fresh peas. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the peas are tender.

Incorporate Tomatoes and Cream
Add halved cherry tomatoes and heavy cream to the skillet. Stir well and let simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Combine with Pasta
Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce. Add grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper to taste. Mix until combined.
