Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all ingredients and have them ready for cooking.

Sear the Filet Mignon
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the filet mignon with salt and black pepper. Sear the filet for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Remove from skillet and let it rest.

Add Marsala Wine
Pour in the Marsala wine and bring to a simmer. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until the sauce has reduced slightly.

Combine and Serve
Return the filet mignon to the skillet to warm through, spooning the sauce over the top. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
