Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Season the chicken breast with salt and black pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 2
Sauté the Chicken
Add the chicken breast to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- 3
Cook the Mushrooms and Prosciutto
In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic, sliced mushrooms, and chopped prosciutto. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the mushrooms are soft.
- 4
Add Marsala Wine
Pour in the Marsala wine and bring to a simmer. Scrape the bottom of the skillet to deglaze and mix in all the flavors. Let it simmer for about 3-4 minutes.
- 5
Combine and Serve
Return the chicken to the skillet, and add the remaining tablespoon of butter. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through. Serve hot.
