Base

Ghost® Energy Mix (Original)

Ghost® Energy Mix (Mango)

Method

Prepare Glass and Ice

1

Chill glass

If desired, place the serving glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes to chill before assembling.

2

Add approximately 1 cup of ice cubes to the serving glass or shaker bottle.

Mixing Original or Mango

3

Measure liquid

Pour 12 oz (about 355 ml) of cold water into a shaker bottle or mixing glass. Using cold water helps preserve carbonation-like mouthfeel and refreshment.

4

Add powder

For Original: add 1 scoop of Ghost Energy powder (Original flavor). For Mango: add 1 scoop of Ghost Energy powder (Mango flavor). Choose only one powder depending on which version you want.

5

Optional mix-ins

If using enhancements: for a brighter profile add 1/2 tablespoon fresh lime juice; for extra mango body add 1 tablespoon mango puree; for more sweetness add 1/2 teaspoon simple syrup. Add these now to the shaker.

6

Shake

Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until powder is fully dissolved and liquid is frothy. If using a spoon in a glass, stir briskly for 20–30 seconds until no visible powder remains.

7

Strain and serve

Pour the mixed energy drink over the ice in the chilled serving glass. If you mixed directly in the serving glass, simply top with remaining ice if needed.

8

Garnish

Garnish with 1–2 mint leaves or a small lime wedge if desired. For Mango, you can add a teaspoon of mango puree on top for visual appeal.

Final Notes

9

Consume immediately for best flavor and energy effect. Adjust powder quantity based on tolerance and product instructions—do not exceed the manufacturer’s recommended serving size.
