Prepare the Shrimp
Peel and devein the tiger shrimp, leaving the tails intact. Pat them dry with paper towels.

Wrap with Bacon
Take a slice of bacon and wrap it around each shrimp securely. If needed, use toothpicks to hold the bacon in place.

Bread the Shrimp
Dip each bacon-wrapped shrimp first in the flour, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.

Heat Oil
In a large frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Shrimp
Carefully place the breaded shrimp in the hot oil. Fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
Making the Specialty Sauce

Combine Ingredients
In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Serve the crispy shrimp hot with the specialty sauce on the side for dipping.
