Cake Preparation

1

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking dish.

2

Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.

3

Beat Eggs and Sugar

In another bowl, beat the eggs with the granulated sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.

4

Combine Mixtures

Gradually add the flour mixture to the egg and sugar mixture, alternating with the whole milk and vanilla extract. Mix until just combined.

5

Bake the Cake

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.

Milk Mixture Preparation

6

Mix the Milks

In a large bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and whole milk. Whisk until well blended.

7

Soak the Cake

Once the cake has cooled, poke holes all over the top using a fork. Pour the milk mixture evenly over the cake, allowing it to soak in. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Whipped Topping Preparation

8

Whip the Cream

In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

9

Top the Cake

Spread the whipped cream over the soaked cake evenly.

Garnishing

10

Add Garnish

Sprinkle cinnamon over the whipped topping and add fresh berries on top for decoration before serving.
