Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the baking dish
Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or oil.

Start by placing 4 corn tortillas at the bottom of the greased baking dish.

Pour half of the red enchilada sauce over the layer, then sprinkle with 1 cup of shredded cheese.

Repeat the layering process with another 4 tortillas, the remaining chicken, black beans, corn, enchilada sauce, and top with the remaining cheese.

Finish with the last 4 corn tortillas on top, and pour any remaining enchilada sauce over them.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
