Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Prepare the Bread
Take two slices of bread and lay them flat on a clean surface.

Add Cheese
Place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of one slice of bread.

Assemble the Sandwich
Put the second slice of bread on top of the cheese to form a sandwich.

Butter the Bread
Spread 1 tablespoon of butter on the outside of the sandwich.

Grill the Sandwich
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place the sandwich in the skillet, buttered side down.

Cook Until Golden
Cook for about 3-4 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown. Flip the sandwich and butter the other side.

Finish Cooking
Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the second side is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Slice and Serve
Remove the sandwich from the skillet, slice it in half, and set aside.

Prepare the Potatoes
Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into thin strips to form fries.

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Arrange on Baking Sheet
Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake the Fries
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and serve alongside the grilled cheese sandwich.
