Prepare the Oven-Roasted Tomatoes
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place them cut-side up on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast for 20-25 minutes or until they are soft and starting to caramelize.

Prepare the Crostini
While the tomatoes are roasting, slice the French baguette into 1/2 inch slices. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet and drizzle lightly with olive oil. Toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.

Assemble the Dish
On a serving platter, arrange the burrata cheese in the center. Surround it with slices of prosciutto, olives, and the roasted cherry tomatoes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.

Serve the burrata with prosciutto and accompaniments with the toasted crostini on the side. Enjoy!
