Taco Filling
- 1
Cook the Ground Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Bring to a simmer and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the mixture thickens.
- 3
Warm the Tortillas
While the beef is cooking, warm the corn tortillas in a separate skillet over low heat for about 1-2 minutes on each side.
Rice
- 4
Rinse the Rice
Rinse the white rice under cold water until the water runs clear to remove excess starch.
- 5
Cook the Rice
In a saucepan, combine the rinsed rice, water, and salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 18-20 minutes or until the rice is tender and the water is absorbed.
Beans

Heat the Beans
Open the canned black beans and pour them into a saucepan. Heat over medium heat until warmed through, about 5 minutes.
- 7
Assemble Tacos
- 8

Spoon the cooked ground beef mixture evenly into each warm corn tortilla.
