Preparation of Filling

Mix the Filling Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked and shredded chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, and taco seasoning. Mix until well combined and set aside.
Assembly of Enchiladas

Prepare the Tortillas
Warm the flour tortillas in a microwave for about 15-20 seconds to make them pliable.

Fill the Tortillas
Take one tortilla and place about 1/3 cup of the chicken filling in the center. Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
Saucing and Baking

Add Sauce and Cheese
Pour the green enchilada sauce evenly over the rolled enchiladas. Then, dollop the sour cream over the top, and sprinkle with shredded cheese.

Bake the Enchiladas
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the enchiladas for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Garnish
Once out of the oven, sprinkle chopped cilantro on top for garnish. Serve hot.
