Clean the Shrimp
Rinse the shrimp under cold water and remove the shells and tails. Pat them dry with a paper towel.

Prepare the Dried Chilies
Soak the dried red chilies in hot water for about 10 minutes to soften them. Drain and remove the stems and seeds.

Make the Sauce
In a blender, combine the soaked chilies, tomato sauce, chopped onion, cumin, paprika, black pepper, and vegetable broth. Blend until smooth.

Cook the Sauce
Transfer the blended sauce to a saucepan and simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Grill the Shrimp
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers. Grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and cooked through.

Once the shrimp are cooked, transfer them to the saucepan with the spicy sauce. Stir well to coat the shrimp evenly with the sauce.
