Preparation of the Batter

In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
Cooking the French Toast

Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. You can add a little butter or oil to the pan to prevent sticking.

Take one slice of brioche bread and dip it into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated. Allow excess batter to drip off.

Place the coated brioche slice onto the heated skillet. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Repeat for all slices.
