Preparation

Wash the Fruits
Thoroughly wash the apples, cranberries, and oranges under cold water to remove any dirt or pesticides.

Chop the Apples
Core and chop the apples into small pieces for easier juicing.

Prepare the Oranges
Peel the oranges and separate them into segments, removing any seeds.

Rinse Cranberries
If using fresh cranberries, rinse them under cold water and remove any that are soft or discolored.
Juicing

Blend the Ingredients
In a blender, combine the chopped apples, rinsed cranberries, orange segments, and water. Blend until smooth.

Strain the Juice
Using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth, strain the blended mixture into a large bowl to separate the juice from the pulp.

Add Sweetener
If desired, stir in honey to the strained juice for added sweetness.
Serving

Chill and Serve
Pour the juice into glasses and serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
