Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Wash the Fruits

Thoroughly wash the apples, cranberries, and oranges under cold water to remove any dirt or pesticides.

  2. 2

    Chop the Apples

Core and chop the apples into small pieces for easier juicing.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Oranges

Peel the oranges and separate them into segments, removing any seeds.

  4. 4

    Rinse Cranberries

If using fresh cranberries, rinse them under cold water and remove any that are soft or discolored.

Juicing

  1. 5

    Blend the Ingredients

In a blender, combine the chopped apples, rinsed cranberries, orange segments, and water. Blend until smooth.

  2. 6

    Strain the Juice

Using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth, strain the blended mixture into a large bowl to separate the juice from the pulp.

  3. 7

    Add Sweetener

If desired, stir in honey to the strained juice for added sweetness.

Serving

  1. 8

    Chill and Serve

Pour the juice into glasses and serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
