Method
Making the Crepes
- 1
Prepare the Batter
In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, milk, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until smooth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- 2
Cook the Crepes
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease with butter. Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet and swirl to coat the bottom. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift, then flip and cook for another 1 minute. Repeat until all batter is used.
Assembling the Fettuccine
- 3
Cut the Crepes
Once the crepes are cooked and cooled slightly, stack them and use a sharp knife to cut them into thin strips resembling fettuccine.
- 4
Choose Your Filling
Select your desired filling (Biscoff, chocolate sauce, dulce de leche, or Nutella) and drizzle or spread it generously over the crepe fettuccine.
Garnishing
- 5
Add Toppings
Sprinkle powdered sugar over the crepe fettuccine, and add fresh berries and whipped cream as desired.
