Stuffed Mushrooms Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Mushrooms

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Clean the Portobello mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems. Set aside the caps and finely chop the stems.

  2. 2

    Make the Filling

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped mushroom stems, cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, chopped parsley, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined into a creamy filling.

  3. 3

    Stuff the Mushrooms

Using a spoon, fill each Portobello mushroom cap generously with the cheese filling from the mixing bowl. Make sure to pack it in well.

  4. 4

    Prepare for Baking

Drizzle the olive oil over the stuffed mushrooms and sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly on top of each stuffed mushroom.

  5. 5

    Bake the Mushrooms

Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden and bubbly.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove the mushrooms from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious stuffed mushrooms warm!
