Cook the Manicotti
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the manicotti shells and cook until al dente, about 6-8 minutes. Drain and set aside to cool.

Prepare the Filling
In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, ricotta cheese, fresh spinach (sautéed until wilted), shrimp (lightly cooked and chopped), crab meat, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and half of the grated Parmesan cheese. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.

Stuff the Manicotti
Using a piping bag or a spoon, carefully fill each manicotti shell with the seafood filling. Place the stuffed shells in a greased baking dish.
Sauce Preparation

Add Vodka Sauce
Pour the vodka sauce evenly over the stuffed manicotti. Sprinkle the remaining grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
Baking

Bake the Manicotti
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Serving

Garnish and Serve
Remove the manicotti from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
