Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all ingredients: white rum, fresh pineapple, pineapple juice, coconut cream, heavy cream, maraschino cherry, pineapple slice, and ice cubes.
Cut the Pineapple
If using fresh pineapple, peel and core it, then cut it into chunks to measure out 1 cup.
Blending
Blend the Mixture
In a blender, add the white rum, fresh pineapple chunks, pineapple juice, coconut cream, heavy cream, and ice cubes. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Serving
Pour and Garnish
Pour the blended mixture into chilled glasses. Garnish each glass with a maraschino cherry and a slice of pineapple on the rim.
