Method
Preparing the Brie

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Brie
Place the Brie cheese wheel on a baking dish or parchment-lined baking sheet.

Add Jam
Spread a generous layer of seasonal jam over the top of the Brie cheese.
Toasting the Baguette

Slice the Baguette
Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick pieces.

Toast in Oven
Place the slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
Baking and Serving

Bake the Brie
Bake the Brie in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until it is soft and gooey.

Garnish
Remove the Brie from the oven and sprinkle with fresh herbs and sea salt to taste.

Serve the baked Brie warm with toasted baguette slices and extra jam on the side for dipping.
